Honorary Consul
Randolph L Miller was appointed as the honorary consul for Lithuania in 2003. Mr Miller has a career in business, focused on many international electronics products, and now in property management for his personal commercial properties. Mr Miller has also been very active civically in the Portland area, including over 20 years with World Oregon, an organization which brings the world to Oregon residents in many ways. Responsibilities for Lithuania include providing information about citizenship issues, student and work visas, trade opportunities, Shengen arrangements, travel and tourism, cultural and historical connections, and political advocacy. Miller welcomes contact from anyone with international experience, ties to a country not yet represented in the Oregon Consular Corps, or a background in diplomatic service, and is glad to talk with prospective members about pursuing OCC membership.
