Hayden Thomas retired in May 2014 after 32 years in the Semiconductor industry.  Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President of LSI Corporation (Broadcom Inc.) and a member of LSI’s Executive Committee.  At LSI, Hayden held several senior executive positions including SVP of Worldwide Operations (Global Manufacturing, Business and Product Operations, and Corporate Real Estate).  He has also served as SVP/CHRO for Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Philanthropy.  Prior to joining LSI in 2006, he spent 24 years at Intel Corporation where he held various engineering, operations, and general management positions.  Hayden is currently Founder/CEO of a startup Technology Staffing Company, Paird.io, a company he founded in 2018.  Paird.io has been recognized as PBJ Top 100 Growth Company in 2023 and 2024.   Hayden also founded the company Ecommerce Solutions in 2018, a digital retail services company.

Hayden is a longtime community volunteer in Portland Oregon and the Seattle Area.  Currently, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Rose Haven Day Center for Women and Children; past member and Chair of the Board of Directors for St. Mary’s Academy, a college preparatory school for young women; member of the Cathedral Administrative Council, which has fiscal oversight for St. Mary’s Cathedral and The Cathedral School.  Hayden is also a past board member and Director for Silicon Manufacturing Partners (SMP, Pte Ltd, Singapore), and Work Systems Inc (WSI, Portland).  Hayden is currently Board Chair of the Executive Advisory Board for the University of Washington’s Department of Materials Science and Engineering.  Hayden previously served for several years on the UW’s College of Engineering's Visiting Committee.  Hayden has also served as company advisor to three Portland area companies and a start-up company in India.

Hayden received a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Portland.   He lives in Portland with his wife, Shannon, and has three adult children who live in Portland and Seattle.
